Our policies are in place to ensure you receive the best care for your brows, from start to finish. We take pride in providing a thorough, personalized experience, and your satisfaction and safety are our top priorities. By following our guidelines and aftercare instructions, you’re helping us help you achieve the best possible results; brows that are not only stunning but also healthy and long-lasting. We’re here every step of the way to make sure your brows get the care they deserve!

  • Proper post-care is crucial for the healing process, as well as the appearance and longevity of your new brows.

  • Late cancellations will result in the loss of your deposit. We understand things come up, but canceling last minute still impacts our artists' time and business. The deposit helps compensate for the time and income lost, though it’s still less than what the artist would earn from your tattoo. It’s not ideal for anyone—thanks for understanding.

  • We require at least 72 hours' notice to reschedule. If you reschedule with less than 72 hours' notice or miss your appointment, your deposit is forfeited, and additional fees may apply.

    Deposits are non-refundable.

    You may reschedule once per appointment; any further changes will incur a $100 rebooking fee.

  • A deposit is required to secure every appointment. It reserves our time and confirms your commitment.

    Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable between clients or artists.

    For procedures requiring two sessions (e.g., brows, lips, liner), your deposit will cover the second session, typically booked 4-6 weeks later. If the second session isn’t scheduled within 6 months, the deposit is forfeited, and a new deposit will be required for touch-ups.
